20 Weeks - Halfway
We made it to the halfway mark! It seems like we've come so far since the day we found out we were expecting this tiny miracle! And it blows my mind to think how much more he will change before we get to meet him in late April / Early May!
Baby Boy is slowly starting to show more and more!
Last week was the official 20 week mark and we had the anatomy scan and doctors appointments to follow. All went great and lots of good news! He weighed a whopping 10 oz (right on track!) and it was so crazy to see all the different organs and major body parts already developed and functioning!
Baby Boy OFFICIALLY has a Name!!
Jett Thomas Eads
We love it. It's different, but classic. I think it works for any age, and fits our family perfect.
A few pics from the ultrasound -- He blew us a nice bubble -- and even yawned once ;)
His favorite position -- the headstand.
I am (of course) so ready to get the nursery going! The painter finished painting this week so now at least its the right COLOR, just empty ;)
His nursery is going to be charcoal gray, light gray, emerald green and white.
The walls are "comfort gray" by Sherwin Williams which actually has a hint of green in it which i love.
Since that room used to have a twin size bed in it, i still wanted to be able to keep that out just in case we have more visitors than can fill the other guest bedroom. So I (Jeremy) rearranged the study to be a joint bedroom/study. I think it works! For now at least ;)
The dogs have been a little curious as to what is growing inside me. Sam likes to use my stomach as a headrest.....
And Sadie is afraid to step on him.....
But either way.... they are too hilarious.
Merry Christmas!!
