Weekends and a House!
House Update! We officially came to terms on an agreement with the sellers on the house that we have been looking at on Thursday! We signed the contract with seller on Saturday and it was "executed" (which I'm still learning what that means, but it sounds important!) We are having an inspector come out tomorrow to "inspect" and if all goes well we are set to close on the house September 3rd! It has definitely been a whirlwind and it really couldn't have gone better with out our wonderful realtor and helpful friends and family that have referred us to lendors and other people needed to complete this process! It definitely is a process. Jeremy had the week off work this last week until he starts his training this week and he has been wonderful at getting all the details taken care of. I dont know how someone works and buys a house all at the same time!! We have really found a neighborhood that we love. It is beautiful, wide streets and pretty landscaping all around. Neighborhood pool and from what we can tell friendly neighbors. It is 15 minutes from our church and 5 from a market street! mmm! The house itself is really nicely up kept. We plan to give it a few updates to make it our own, but it is really a wonderful house! It has a huge ( and by huge, i just mean bigger than a tiny backyard ;) backyard with a little covered patio for more cookouts! Here are a few pics of the existing house with the old owner's belongings in it!

Friday night we got to go over to our new friends Holley and Justin's house and they cooked out hamburgers for us AND made homemade icecream! (After we figured out how to work the icecream maker, it turned out great!)
Saturday we drove over to fort worth and Jeremy got to pick up his new company car ---
A Dodge Journey! (its a SUV...that is a little on the minivan sideish) :) but it's Free! So he will love it!
In celebration for that and just because we decided to try our hand at cooking out steaks! This is how it turned out ;)
This week is Jeremy's first week of training. He has huge binders of medical terminolgy that he is learning and speaking to me...it sounds like he is speaking greek. Because apparently medical words originated from Greek words! Say a prayer for him this week!
The house looks great! Can't wait to see it in person! Let us know if you guys need help moving.
